During the Presidents' Council (Women's Interdormitory Council) meeting of October 4, 1961 a variety of suggestions were put forth in regards to curfew and rules, particularly those within the rule book/advice guide given to women students-Dis 'N Data:
"The suggestion was made that an addition be made to Dis 'N Data stating that men must leave Drayer at 10.45 week night although the girls may stay outside until 11 p.m. This is to facilitate signing in and to avoid a long line of girls at the sign-in book.
Changes in Dis 'N Data: Susie Cooper is going to prepare a list of changes in Dis 'N Data rules since the 1959-60 term ad they will be distributed to the women's dorms. Among these are the following: 1) A girl late on an evening for which she has taken a late hour may take the late minutes OR an additional late hour. 2) Late hours not used first semester are carried over to second semester."
