College report evaluates the status of women

œProfessor Kim Rogers, assistant
professor of history and chairperson of the Commission on the Status of Women,
recently submitted the committees final report to Steven McDonald, Associate
Dean of the College and President Fritschler.

The report addresses the issue of diversity
among the faculty and students, and topics that effect women such as sexual
assault and rape, as well as the Colleges handling of these problems. The
report also touches on the issue of the ˜lack of perceived alternatives to the
Greek system and its effect on women.
